4-5 miles in 40 or so minutes in Puerto Rico with Nikki before we left to come home. There are a ton of people who run down here. It was a good trip. My garmin watch is pretty much not working but I talked to a garmin guy at our RV Parts show and he said he'd get it taken care of.

Wasn't really planning on running but I had to drop my daughter off at school at 6 this morning to go to a competition so I decided to run instead of go back to bed. This was about all I could do, I'm really out of shape right now. Averaged 7:30 for the run on a chilly morning.

Easy morning run with Nikki. It's been good to get out and start again. I almost forgot how much I enjoy this.

5.3 35ish minutes. Progressed speed and incline after two miles of warm up and just settled in. HR was high but it is as expected. I have a new watch coming from garmin since my 610 killed over. I guess I'll see what the 620 has in store since I paid a little to upgrade to the newer version. I just cared about different band pin since my 610's fell out a few times in the middle of running and I just ended up taping it with athletic tape to keep it from fall off.

second week back and it is not fun. I had to talk myself past 5 miles and into 6. I think the TM is where all be for the majority of the next couple of weeks because I have not idea what I'm capable of.

Not much to say. Trying to mix some easy paces with faster ones so I can get some turn over back. Legs are feeling a bit tired fairly early in runs. HR creeps up into 170-180 area for pretty much the whole duration unless I keep pace pretty slow. 7/48:10

8.1/60 really easy day legs felt fine throughout HR was down where it should be. My new garmin watch showed up today. I swear it has more measurements than I know what to do with.
