AM - Ran with Nikki. Windy.

PM - Spinning 17.16 / 50 min. HR was down which surprised me quite a bit. I'm used to seeing it up on faster spins like this. Guess its time to turn up resistance.

270 flights / 45 min on the stair master. Big work change today. So schedule might get a little out of control for a bit. House is finally close and money in the bank. Now I REALLY need to figure out where I'm going to live.

Spinning 40min / 14 miles. Cramped so hard in my right calf I almost puked. Planned on going more but this completely took me out. Eating like crap again today which is probably why I cramped. You figure I know better but for some reason junk food has sounded so good this past few weeks I can't help myself. It's awesome going in but afterwards I feel horrible. I've even had my wife make me this green vegetable shake for breakfast the last two days to try and avoid this but I just have no self control right now. Next thing you know I'll be on the sofa with a six pack of soda, cookies and chips watching Dr. Phil.

Big group run. Fun to talk with everyone. Pace dropped down for a bit and I asked Jeff why we were pushing so much and  he said ya we're supposed to be in the fat and happy stage. Ankle held up ok. Legs felt a little heavy overall.
