Easy AM run with Nikki. Cold and windy.

PM TM run. Warm up 1-7:03, 2,3,4,5-6:18, Cool down 6-6:39. Really tired today crashed after the run this morning while making my son's bed for about 15 minutes. I was hoping on doing a few more miles but decided to shut it down before I really used all my energy for the day. Need to have some fun tonight my oldest daughter turned 13 today. Time sure does fly by...seems like yesterday she was a little baby riding in the backpack for campouts, now she is so big.

I'm either turning into a princess or a rat...to windy outside so I ran on a treadmill again. I was really excited this morning when I saw the weather and even brought some cold weather gear for this afternoons run, but when the wind came up it blew away my will to run outside. I ran in this type of weather all spring but now... I must have gotten spoiled with the great weather this summer ... can't handle the wind. Turning soft and it's just beginning.

Late afternoon run. I'm not real sure what kind of funk I'm going through right now but it is not fun. I feel great and energized when I start but a few miles into it I'm feeling really fatigued, I can slow down for a minute and pop right out for another mile then back down again. It has been kind of tough getting in miles. I'll probably drop miles quite a bit next week while in Boise for Thanksgiving. Hopefully sleep, vacation, less miles and getting back on supplements will change things back around. 10.2/1:08:30

5 quick miles at the gym. I was in meetings all afternoon on a pretty exciting venture the I'll be in on and developing over the next six months or so. It is good to be excited about learning new things again maybe this is why I felt refreshed to run or it might have been that I knew all I could squeeze in was a short run. Progression run Warm up 1-6:59, 2-6:39, 3-6:21, 4-6:18, 5-5:55. 5/31:48.

I got my shipment of supplements today so it looks like I'm back on them again. I going to try to pay attention to energy and fatigue levels very closely the next little bit. I really don't want to be paying for something that's not working but I was on them all summer and I was able to train and still have energy most the time. Big reason is that I've felt my distance runs have suffered tremendously since I stopped.......we'll see.

Great run this morning with Jeff. Weather wasn't too bad and running up Sunnyside kept the wind off of us. It was a really enjoyable run and was good to get out and run with a friend. Now for a slow day at work. Might go help another friend cut some wood if he's home. I'm kind of hoping for that because it will break up the afternoon boredom and give me an excuse to leave work early.
