Need to think about what my real goals are and what I can accomplish. I feel truly blessed to have accompilished what I have and have no clue as to where I can end up.

Keep running and enjoy just being outside. Stay fit so I can be active in whatever life brings. Make trips to the mountains.

AM - 4.4/43:56 So I went out to start the car to head to the gym and thought hey it's pretty nice outside so I headed back inside and switched clothes. Talked my wife into running outside with me. Ended up being a lot colder than I thought but a good way to start out the morning.

PM - 10/1:06:05 Started out kind of slow then decided to progress a bit around mile 7 I really warmed up and then just started cranking on the TM finished around 5K pace. Somehow I got myself mad at the TM and just felt angry and full of energy when I stopped. I guess that's a good way to end??

You're pretty much right on with the random progression?Lol-I had ladders today unless I messed something up. You should probably do five 1600s in the middle of your ladders though. That would feel pretty good I'll bet. Enjoy them!

Yeah, nothing like getting mad at something that can't defend itself. I like the energy, but the anger....you need to go to a quiet place.
