Huge break last week and it felt good. Foot is feeling much better and I should be back to normal before too much longer. On my way to Louisville, KY for the big RV convention hoping that I will be able to get in decent run tonight at the hotel.

PM run on the hotel treadmill. The neighborhoods don't look so good so I'm sure I going to do all my runs on the over-used worn out treadmill that is here. I'm more or less guessing on distance because the pace and distance were completely inaccurate. I feel pretty bombed so I'm guessing I could've gone farther at a faster pace but I'm trying to guess conservatively. All I know for sure is I ran for 1:15.

Foot is feeling much better and energy was ok today. Considering I was in bed late from getting home last night and up at 4:00AM I think I'm doing ok. Now for some sleep and trade show tomorrow.

This is another guess at miles. The old treadmill hill just doesn't work or read right. Thought about running outside but changed my mind because I don't want to end up in the wrong place. Maybe I'm just to sheltered and worry too much. Southeast Idaho just seems so much safer looking and cleaner.

Morning run. Time change is now not so bad, so when I woke up at 6:00 it didn't feel like 4:00 so I went for a great TM run. Still just guessing on miles no idea with this TM. Run time 38:10.

Done with the show early so I was able to head outside. I found a quiet neighborhood and just made laps. 7.39/47:30/6:26.

Foot has been bugging me today. It really has been hurting to walk on but running feels fine. I know I need to be careful so it heals up but its a little hard to lay off the running much when it feels fine doing it. It might been the difference in how my foot hits the ground or it could even been the dressier shoes I've been wearing for the show??

No run to much travel and layovers today.

Planned on going 10 but I didn't feel quite right today. After 2 miles my legs were feeling really heavy so I decided to call it off at 5 miles and cool down.
