Need to think about what my real goals are and what I can accomplish. I feel truly blessed to have accompilished what I have and have no clue as to where I can end up.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and enjoy just being outside. Stay fit so I can be active in whatever life brings. Make trips to the mountains.

Ski A LOT with my kids.

309 flights / 45 min. Legs felt pretty peppy today. Felt like winter a touch today, I'm praying it's dumping at Targhee. Really debating on whether or not to pull the plug on Boston. I just don't think it's the "right" time or choice for right now. Not sure how the talk will go over with the family. Might have to float Disneyland as an alternative vacation.

15.35 miles / 45 min. Spinning. I have a glimmer of hope this ankle is finally starting to heal. Then I can do more running again.

One more rest day. Resting is probably the hardest thing to do. That's probably why this ankle is lingering so long.

I ate so much sweets last night that I was about sick. Completely falling off the healthy band wagon right now. I haven't eaten that much candy in a long time.
