AM - 6.68 Easy run with Nikki trying to test the ankle out. It was good to run but I'm still concerned about my ankle. The first couple of miles loosened it up a bit but I still was feeling a "twinge" from my ankle that would shoot up to my knee occasionally. I'm going to run another soft run this afternoon before I decide what to do tomorrow.

PM - 5 Started off with an easy pace and after three miles my ankle loosened up a bit so I kicked it up to MP for one and into a progression for the last mile finishing the last .25 at 5:50. Now, the ankle still does not feel good and I'm really debating what I'm going to do tomorrow. I have a LR on the schedule and am thinking of doing loops so I can bail out at any time. Time to start drugging up and hoping. If not I'll be visiting my favorite neighbor.

Sorry to hear about your ankle Craig. Good luck with it. I must say the weight loss quote yesterday is hilarious.

Hope the ankle keeps getting better.

Will you be able to join us (running group month get together) tomorrow night at 5pm at The Cellar?

I won't be able to attend tomorrow night because my daughter is dancing in Pocatello a 6PM. My wife just broke the news to me when I asked her about it, a little bummed I'm going to miss it. I'll probably run tomorrow even if my ankle feels like it does so let me know if we're doing a group run.
