Well, the dog was a little crazy this morning so we went out much faster than I wanted. My money is on the new snow invoked some sort of inner sled dog and he took off from the start. Before I realized it I had 3 miles at 6:15 pace. I knew it wasn't going to last and came back down to a 6:35 for 9.1 before I picked my wife up for another 5 at a much much slower pace, which felt refreshing.

Hills are now really kicking my butt.

5 mile shakeout in 40 minutes at the gym. Heart rate was ok. Everything felt ok. Haven't really done a push like this in a while so I don't quite remember feeling this blown up. My body is pretty tired but I have an easy run planned again for tomorrow.

Ankle brace is back on. Shouldn't have left it home yesterday. Still drug free. I feel like I'm out of rehab.

I hate gossip. This week has been the worst, too many question I don't know, wouldn't tell or could care less about. People should worry about their own life and help people not talk about them.

I think everyone is talking about how you need to slow down. Jeepers kreepers nice pace you had going there. A little injury doesn't even phase you does it?

Well if everyone is talking about me, let them talk :) Remember, any publicity is good publicity. Curt I can hook you up with a crackhead dog that doesn't stop running. It helps except for when he stops to check out a scent then your body gets jerk in weird oainful ways.
