9.5/60:00 Progression run from 6:38-5:56. Was happy to be able to finish low 6 range. Now I just have to stay on track during ski season.

Well looks like I bought a small farm and will be building a house. Really excited about everything although it will be a long summer. Running will probably take a hit next year so I better enjoy Ogden.

Got bumped by a cow on Monday which normally isn't a big deal. However, it bumped me into the fence and put most of its weight on my left ankle...... the one I've had all of the problems with and to this day is tender. So I took yesterday off as a precaution.

12.12/1:23 Was there any other distance to run today?? Tried a peppermint gu (thanks Lynette) pretty darn tasty but could take them very often. I'm turning into my winter princess mode too much gym time.

10.5 perfect day to run outside, I got rid of the winter princess and dressed a touch too warm. This seemed good through about 8 then I just fell off. Had a rough mile 9 then was able to finish up ok. I really think this junk diet of mine and not taking in enough fluids is really starting to effect me. I just don't have the energy I'm used to. So it might be so long corn dogs and you sweet buttery taste .......

5.1/31:50/6:18 not too many dogs could've done this run. Had two miles sub 6 and he was still wired at the end. Shorts and a vest in December. The weather was perfect. Later I get to haul my teenage daughter to town to help me Christmas shop for my wife.
